Awareness workshops
For leaders, HR, or whole teams. Half-day, on-site or online.
Contents: what neurodivergence means in everyday work · recognizing masking before it turns into sick leave · concrete conversation and leadership tools · legal basics in Germany (BEM — the mandatory reintegration process, disability law).
The format works for neurodivergent participants too — low-stimulus, structured, with breaks and written material.
Individual case consulting
For when it's not abstract but happening now: an employee close to burnout, a team conflict, a stalled reintegration, a looming resignation.
We consult anonymized — or, with the employee's consent, together. The goal is always: retain instead of replace, in a way that works for both sides.
Workplace & process adaptation
The core of accessible workplaces — usually cheaper than expected:
- Sensory environment: lighting, acoustics, open-plan vs. retreat spaces
- Communication: meeting rules, availability expectations, written vs. verbal
- Processes & tools: clear tasks, predictable routines, documented decisions
- Flexibility: remote/hybrid rules, working-time models
Deliverable: a prioritized action plan by impact and effort. Many measures improve work for everyone — not just neurodivergent employees.
Ongoing support
A permanent contact for HR and leadership: a monthly retainer for questions, cases, and follow-ups. Predictable for you, effective because trust gets time to grow.
Group format for your employees (§45a)
In Germany, neurodivergent employees with a care grade (Pflegegrad) can join group formats financed by their own care-insurance allowance (§45b SGB XI) — at no cost to you as the employer.
Transparency: Consulting contracts with you and care-insurance services for employees are strictly separated, legally and financially. No commissions, no sharing of personal information.

What we don't do
No diagnoses. No therapy. No pressure to disclose — nobody has to explain themselves to benefit from better working conditions. No reports on individual employees without their explicit consent.
